STEM Returners has partnered with Petrofac on a new jobs scheme to help engineers overcome ‘career break bias’. The scheme sets out to help engineers get back into science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) related work after a career break. The scheme is currently offering four fully-paid placements in Petrofac’s teams in Aberdeen.
