A federal appeals court has upheld the 2012 injunction against M3 Technology in favor of Aspen Technology regarding trade secret misappropriation, copyright infringement and ‘tortious interference.’ In the original judgment, M3 was ordered to pay AspenTech $11.3 million—this has been reduced to $10.8 million.
