CDA deploys Lexonis CMS. SPE deploys IHRDC CMS Online. Oilennium ConTrainer for Dolphin.

UK’s Common Data Access (CDA) has announced enhancements to its soon-to-be released competency management system. A job profile mapping functionality will facilitate recruitment and the system will allow users to share their profiles with invited users. The CDA CMS is built with LexonisQuick Assess technology.

The Society of Petroleum Engineers is developing a new competency management service for members based on IHRDC’s CMS Online software. The SPE CMS, a free web-based service, allows members to assess their capabilities against 22 competency models covering engineering, geosciences, project management and HSE disciplines.

Following a three month trial of UK-based Oilennium’s ConTrainer eLearning solution, Dolphin Geophysical reports a ‘dramatic improvement’ in its ability to deliver quality, consistent health, safety and technical training to its crews offshore. Progress of Dolphin’s 400 plus users was monitored from its Bergen HQ through an online dashboard.
