IHS continues its E&P software buying spree with the acquisition of well test software boutique Fekete Associates. Calgary-based Fekete’s flagship ‘Harmony’ suite of reservoir and production engineering tools are used to optimize production from new and existing assets.
IHS Chairman and CEO Jerre Stead said, ‘Fekete plays an important role in our strategy to combine our information and expertise with the best tools and technologies used in key energy workflows.
