Axon Energy Products has acquired Merrick Systems RFID technology and related assets.

Barco has acquired Norway-based ProjectionDesign.

Mid-Con Energy unit Chemical Flooding Technologies has acquired Tracer Technologies International.

Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) has acquired GasBuddy. Horizon Partners served as financial advisor to the deal.

Fugro received some EUR 700 million in cash for the sale of its Geoscience division to CGG.

InterCore Energy has acquired Alertness Detection Software (ADS) developer SRG.

SAIC is to split into a technical services and IT business which will continue the SAIC name and a new ‘Leidos’ unit addressing national security, health and engineering.
