Baker Hughes has acquired the assets and circumferential magnetic flux leakage inspection technology of Intratech Inline Inspection Services.

Complete Production Services has sold its Canadian wireline operations for $45 million cash.

IBM has completed its acquisition of Toronto-based Platform Computing.

Kongsberg Maritime has acquired a 10.7% share in Prediktor through a private placement.

OYO Geospace is to sell 1,122,565 shares of its common stock owned by OYO Corp. USA. Goldman, Sachs and Credit Suisse Securities are joint book-running managers for the offering.

Petrofac has acquired the share capital of UK high-end subsea pipeline consulting and engineering services business KW Limited. KW’s 56 employees will join Petrofac’s engineering and consulting unit.

CGGVeritas’ unit Sercel has acquired the assets of provider of downhole sensors and gauges Geophysical Research Co.

Steel Excel Inc. has acquired the business and assets of Eagle Well Services.

Technip now holds 98.60% of Cybernetix share capital and is to file a ‘squeeze out’ request with the French Markets Authority. On completion, Cybernétix will be delisted from Paris’ Euronext exchange.
