Colorado-based ResourceApp has developed an interactive map of publicly available data of North Dakota oil and gas wells. The interactive oil and gas map allows users to ‘click, zoom, download and to peruse’ oil and gas well logs, recorded mineral deeds, royalty assignments, tops, production data and more. The speed of the application is impressive. ResourceApp’s demonstrator shows off its ‘novel’ geospatial database mapping technology, based on a combination of Ajax, GoogleMap and JQuery APIs and the open source ‘Dygraphs’ JavaScript data visualization library.
