Chris Hughes leads NuTech Energy Alliance’s UK operations. He was formerly with Kestrel.

Dahlman Rose & Co. has appointed Rome Arnold as MD and head of energy investment banking. Arnold was formerly consultant to Energy Ventures.

Tony Klapcia heads-up Eurotech Computer Services’ new Aberdeen office.

Chuck McConnell is now COO of the US Office of Fossil Energy. He was formerly VP at Battelle Energy.

Ebrahim Zadeh has joined Ikon Science in Perth and Llion Pritchard in London. Alexander Edwards, Jakob Heller and Asisat Lamina have joined Ikon GeoPressure. Steve Hunt is now COO.

Carl-Magnus Adamsson heads-up IFS’ new oil and gas centre of excellence in Norway. Geir Arne Wilberg and Kristin Husby have joined the team.

Intertek has opened a new petroleum laboratory in Cushing, Oklahoma, providing crude oil quality testing and inspection services.

Aymeric Caroff has joined Kadme’s development team.

Roy Oelking has been appointed president of KBR Hydrocarbons. Dennis Calton is president of KBR Oil & Gas.

Mike Benjamin has been appointed VP—Offshore Pipeline Solutions, for T.D. Williamson. He was previously with Schlumberger.

David Hicks has resigned as Senior VP of Africa Middle East and Far East with TGS Nopec.

Anton Leemhuis heads-up TNO’s new Middle East office in the Qatar Science & Technology Park, Doha.
