Burlington, Mass-based aftermarket service specialist Enigma Inc. has released an electronic parts catalog for oil and gas equipment manufacturers. The Enigma InService catalog targets manufacturers and their customer base of distributors, operators and field service engineers. InService automates publishing and delivering of parts and service information, ensuring accuracy and simplifying part identification and procurement. The tool is claimed to help original equipment manufacturers (OEM) increase aftermarket share and profitability.
InService offers access control and multilingual support, allowing for secure collaboration between OEMs, distributors, operators and field service engineers. Content and application functionality can be delivered separately based on a user ID/log-on. InService integrates with back-end ERP/EAM systems, order processing, diagnostic, warranty and parts inventory systems.
