Eugene Dubay has been appointed president and CEO of Atlas Pipeline Partners. Dubay was previously COO Continental Energy Systems.

Russ Cancilla has been named VP of HS&E and security by Baker Hughes.

Martin De Prycker has resigned as CEO of Barco and is replaced by Eric van Zele.

Marc Blaizot has succeeded Jean-Marie Masset as Total’s senior VP Geosciences.

Lamar McKay is chairman and president of BP America, succeeding Bob Malone who has retired.

E3 Consulting has hired Mark Juneau, as Executive Director. Juneau comes from his own firm, Juneau & Associates.

Jim Meneely has been appointed interim CEO of Gray Wireline and David Apseloff as executive VP and CFO. Meneely was previously with Halliburton.

Greg Hill is now president worldwide E&P with Hess Corp. Hill joins Hess from Shell.

Steven Rutherford has joined Seismic Ventures as director of its new direct hydrocarbon detection division. Rutherford was previously with Anadarko.

Palantir Solutions has named Dan Fichte VP, North American operations. Fichte was previously with Energy Navigator.

Pioneer Drilling has appointed Lorne Phillips as executive VP and CFO and Carlos Pena as VP. Phillips comes from Cameron International Corporation, and Pena was formerly with AT&T.

Val Jackson has joined The Pipeline Group as client and community affairs manager, heading up the company’s Houston sales office.

Tom Robinson has left Petrosys and is now VP Sales and Service with TerraSpark Geosciences.

Roxar has appointed Serena Arif to manager, Europe and Africa for its Flow Measurement Division. Arif was previously co-founder and Business Development Manager at PolyOil, UK.

Ken Havlinek heads-up Schlumberger’s new Technology Center in Calgary.

Tom Blades has been appointed CEO Siemens Energy Oil and Gas Division succeeding Frank Stieler. Blades previously worked for Schlumberger.

Tibco has appointed Murray Rode to COO and Sydney Carey as executive VP and CFO.

Nina Christiansen has been appointed Alliance Director at Tieto. She hails from Unisys. Tieto is the new brand name of TietoEnator Corp.

WellPoint Systems has appointed Richard Slack as president and CEO succeeding Frank Stanford.
