Peter Goyne has been appointed director of oil and gas operations with SpectrumData. Goyne hails from Halliburton’s Landmark unit.

Jeff Soine has been appointed president of Woodside Energy (USA) Inc., he was previously COO.

Maurice Wilkins is to head-up Yokagawa’s new global marketing centre in Dallas, Texas. Wilkins was previous with ExxonMobil and Honeywell.

Energy Insights has published an ‘IT Shortlist’ of suppliers of Energy Trading and Risk Management software.

GeoEye has appointed Mike Horn to its Board of Directors.
