Houston-based EnterSys Group has just announced OFSxpress, claimed as ‘the first all-in-one SAP solution for the oilfield and drilling services industries.’ OFSxpress (OFSx) addresses the business needs of midsize oil field service companies with a ready-to-use, integrated package that can be implemented in twelve weeks.
Claunch
An initial SAP solution developed for PowerWell Services (part of The Expro Group) was the template for OFSx. Jim Claunch, former PowerWell CFO said, ‘EnterSys solved the problem of getting 11 countries transacting business and 10 remote locations communicating, all within our initial 90 day timeframe. The ability to have everyone looking at the same information and not multiple Excel spreadsheets is a huge benefit.’
