TGS merges with Indeed Visual

The merger of graphics solutions provider Indeed Visual is said to offer marketing synergies.

Visual solutions developer TGS has merged with Indeed Visual Concepts GmbH, the developer of Amira. Indeed will become a wholly owned subsidiary of TGS. Amira and other TGS visualization products are embedded in many oil and gas vendor solutions – notably Seismic Micro Technology’s Kingdom Suite.

TGS CEO Jean-Bernard Cazeaux said, “By leveraging TGS’s global sales and marketing resources with Indeed’s extensive technology experience, our market penetration will be accelerated.” TGS also markets the Open Inventor 3D graphics toolkit.
