ChevronTexaco Information Technology Company president and CIO Dave Clementz is to retire. His position will be filled by Gary Masada. CTC has created a new Energy Technology Company (ETC) to be lead by Mark Puckett.

Ross Davidson has been appointed operations director of the SPE’s new Middle East Office in Dubai UAE. Davidson has moved from a similar post in London, now filled by Val Johnston-Jones.
