MagicEarth offers ezFault in GeoProbe

A new release (Version 2.6) of Halliburton unit MagicEarth’s GeoProbe seismic interpretation package offers enhanced fault interpretation capability and OpenWorks connectivity.

Halliburton unit Magic Earth has released GeoProbe 2.6, the latest version of its high-performance visualization and interpretation software. The new release upgrades the ezFault interpretation tool, to allow for simultaneous, multiple fault editing, well data management and connectivity to OpenWorks.

Magic Earth Executive VP and CTO Yin Cheung said, “GeoProbe is already well-known for its capability to handle the largest volumes of 3D and 4D seismic data for exploration projects, but it is also becoming a valuable tool for understanding reservoirs and mature fields.”
