Interactive Network Technologies, Inc. (INT), has released J/View3DPro 2.0, its graphics toolkit based on Java 3D. The toolkit lets programmers visualize, manipulate, annotate, and edit complex 3D scenes without previous Java 3D or DirectX/OpenGL programming experience.

J/View3DPro simplifies the task of creating sophisticated interactive data visualizations with a higher-level, more intuitive API. The new release promises significant performance enhancements, including new file loaders for easier manipulation of 3D object and 3D studio files, texture mapping and viewer background editors, and improved editing.
