ArcExplorer is designed to "dramatically" change the way that geographic data can be viewed and shared throughout organizations and the world. Simultaneously, ESRI is launching a new quarterly magazine, ArcUser, in response to growing interest from the ESRI user community for more technical information. ArcUser will be available in the first quarter of 1998 and will be mailed automatically to all registered users of ESRI software. It is free to all registered users.
