Babcock & Wilcox has named Gary Cochran as MD European region. Wassim Moussaoui is the MD of the newly formed B&W Middle East Holdings, based in the new Dubai, UAE HQ.

Thai Pham is now BCCK’s senior process engineer. He hails from UOP-Ortloff.

Bechtel has named Justin Siberell as President for Europe and the Middle East region. Paul Marsden is now President of the company’s Oil, Gas & Chemicals business, succeeding Alasdair Cathcart who is stepping down after 31 years at Bechtel.

Jon Huntsman has re-joined Chevron’s Board of Directors. He will serve on the Management Compensation Committee and the Public Policy Committee.

Matthew DeNezza joined Crusoe Energy Systems as CFO. Prior to joining Crusoe, he was with Meritage Midstream.

Felipe Saldanha is the new GM of the CSA Ocean Sciences’ Brazilian affiliate, CSA Ciências Oceânicas Ltda.

HARC has hired Lu Liu to guide the organization’s research on energy, air and water issues. Prior to joining HARC, Liu worked as a postdoctoral research associate at Rice University.

Iman Hill has joined the IOGP as Executive Director succeeding Gordon Ballard, who steps down at the end of 2020. Before joining IOGP, Hill was with Energean.

Kimberly Green is now EVP Of Human Resources at Motiva. She succeeds retiree Ed Haloulos.
