Companies in the initiative are now Aramco Services Co., BASF, ConocoPhillips, Dow Chemical, Georgia-Pacific and Linde. PIDX, the Petroleum Industry Data Exchange has released its Supply Notification standard a royalty-free public standard that enables suppliers, trading partners and terminal operators to notify when an event has occurred that could prevent the ability to load at a given terminal. In a separate announcement, PIDX announces that ‘blockchain-as-a-service’ provider Data Gumbo has joined the organization.
