Forum Energy Technologies has acquired Wood Flowline Products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

GE Austria has made a cash offer to acquire Wellstream Holdings.

Wood Group is to sell its Well Support Division to GE for $2.8 billion cash. Following the deal, Wood Group will return ‘not less than’ $1.7 billion to shareholders.

Total Safety has acquired Pacific Environmental Consulting, a British Columbia-based industrial hygiene, occupational safety and environmental consulting firm. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
