M2M Data Corp. has announced an expansion of its hosted services for operators of remote assets. The new ‘iServices’ offering is a suite of web-based, hosted operational services that allow subscribers to monitor and control their assets wherever they are located. The iServices suite comprises: iSCADA for remote monitoring and control service, iPM, for preventive maintenance, iTrac, the resource optimization service and iPortal, a customer-specific web portal providing access iServices.

M2M Data CEO Donald Wallace said, ‘smart services respond to customer demand for higher uptime and improved service. iServices provide a quickly deployed, low risk, secure, outsourced implementation of smart services.’
Internet
iServices offers ‘multi-waveform’ communications through internet, wireless, satellite, smart field devices, and industrial M2M technologies. The turnkey service is available with minimal or no capital expense. iServices offers an outsourced alternative to the traditional internally-developed and maintained systems.
